Adam Jones is a third-generation roofer from the Denham Springs area of Louisiana. He did not start in sales or management. He started on the roof installing, learning, and developing real-world expertise that most roofing contractors never have.
Adam grew up in the trade. What started as a young man learning from his grandfather evolved into a career that has taken him from installer to project manager to business owner. Over his career, Adam has personally overseen more than 500 roof installations across Louisiana and Texas. When Adam evaluates a roof, he is not reading from a checklist he is drawing on decades of hands-on experience across real homes in real Gulf Coast weather.
After Hurricane Ida, Adam returned to roofing with a clear mission: to build the kind of company he wished had existed when his community needed it most. JosephMill is the result of that decision.
The continuation of this work honors Adam’s grandfather, who dedicated his life to the roofing trade. The mission is straightforward build quality roofs and improve the quality of life for the people who work alongside us and the homeowners we serve.
